I am no expert but my engine suffered from flat spots when under load at higher revs.
I adjusted a number of different things to fix the problem however if the problem has started since the introduction of the elec distributor than i would start there. What coil are you using with the elec dizzy? Are you still running a ballast resistor?

What elec dizzy do you have?, i've had good experience with the ebay carbies but the ebay elec dizzy needed rebuild from new, it would advance but the internal springs wern't strong enough to return the advancement when the revs dropped

Long shot but your exhaust wouldnt be too small or too big. Had this problem with my stanza many years back. Worked L20b with a 350holly and stock exhaust with ok extractors. Ran like poo until I got a 1.5inch welded up.
