Fellas for our reference I think its time for a thread on engine sizes to help our engine conversions. Ill start with the most common engines for now. Make sure you measure from sump plug surface to top of rocker cover oil filler cap. This is vital as most people can then work out crossmember to radiator to bonnet clearance, also single pulley or first pulley only as most will not use power steering or air con.

Engines
----------- Height-----Length
A10 ------- ??cm-------??cm
A12 ------- ??cm-------??cm
LXX ------- ??cm-------??cm
CA18 ------ ??cm-------??cm
SR20 ------ ??cm-------??cm
KA24e ----- ??cm-------??cm
KA24de ---- ??cm-------??cm
4g63 ------ ??cm-------??cm
4age ------ ??cm-------??cm

Engine Bay specs
Firewall to radiator support x strut 2 strut (or dble wishbone)
1000 (B10) engine bay = ??cm x ??cm
1200 (B110) engine bay = 67cm x 78cm
120y (B210) engine bay = ??cm x ??cm
Sunny(B310) engine bay = ??cm x ??cm

1200 (B110) Engine Bay
Quote:
* 30.75": Width between strut tower faces at A12 rocker cover height
* 26.25": Length from firewall to radiator mounting surface
Firewall measured behind engine, above the tunnel
* 27.12": Length from core support header to firewall
firewall measured at raised boss

If anyone could tell me the external dimensions and weight of the L20B it would be much appreciated (not including carbs and manifold) I have tried googling it but to no avail.
Thanks.
Regards,
John
