hey guys i have a steering box from a 71 sedan $30ono and a ute diff not sure of internal cond, it does have backing plates for brakes make me a reasonable offer. need them gone by end of november. both are pickup in western sydney. cannot organiise post as i don't have time during week as i work.

any chance you've got a ute tailshaft with rear yoke to suit that diff? *(assuming it's a later model h165 ute diff?)

All 1200 utes used H165, even the first 1971 utes, at least the ones sold in Japan.

it is a h165 and no i don't have a tailshaft with it, and the ut e it cam from was a 1982 model

hi squiggs, you got any good working ignition swithes with keys. im not sure if the older datsun like the sedans and coupes had same as 1980's up utes. but the column is 30mmm diameter.

sorry wifes ute no ignition switch as mine has the ignition switch on the dash with a small key
