Hi Guys

I have problematic Spark Plug thread ,which the spark plug doesn't fit properly tight enough on my second piston head, What do you advice ?
Can i make oversize spark plug on all cylinders ?
or is it good to fill the problematic spark hole and cut it's thread back to the normal specification ?

thanks
regards
sumith

If a spark plug thread is stripped, we use Heli-coil. Basically new thread is cut with an oversize tap, then the heli-coil insert screwed in, then the spark plug will screw in. Do not overtighten.

Only the damaged thread needs repair. There is no need for the other cylinders to match.

I have not heard of oversize spark plugs.
