Can you put a tapered hole into things easily enough? I want to run early 45mm strut/steering knuckles with later model balljoints, and afaik the tapered pin is a little bit thicker, so the tapered hole would need to be enlarged (whilst retaining the taper itself) - that sort of thing be any interest?

Jmac, you know you can just use later model 120y or 1200 ute steering arms to do that job. Not to try and steal your business or anything datgx

now I'm confused - I thought all the later steering arms on the 120y and utes that 'fit' the larger ball joint tapered pin are also only for the 50mm struts not the 45mm ones? Or are there essentially 3 types of steering knuckles - big and small tapered pin to suit 45mm struts and a third to suit the 50mm struts?

Do you have some pictures of some of your previous work? And what different materials do you have access to?

I am the one who made the stainless steel
Scuttle vents and strut covers on the laser cutter, I
Currently making s13 adapter plates aswell but not selling them as I don't want to take
Supafattos buisness. I have drilled several axles to change pcd.
Machine drums, rotors, redrill blank rotors to suit your pcd. Any mill or lathe work I have access to a whole range of steel, stainless, alloys.
