It should have at least .75 mm clearance.
30W is Z24 engine parts. 96mm stroke.

This is good for a 1200, where the taller Z24 block will hit the bonnet.
But for performance, it adds nothing over a Z24 engine block. There was an idea years ago that it was better perf or "fixed" some problems, but that's old thinking.
