Simply. 90degree fitting at the back of the ca18det manifold. When I say the back I mean the square plate on the log part of the manifold. Where does it go to? I am assuming something I don't need to run it in my 1200?

The "intake manifold cover"?

For 180SX:
* The top one is PCV
* The two bottom ones are water hoses

On the JDM S13 it goes to the vacuum tank (not the brake booster).

No you don't need a vacuum tank. But the S13 used one.
