Just wondering what options we have for rear shockers for a 1200 Ute. What are your experiences?

I noticed Maddat sells Koni's but I had a mate of mine run a search for them to see if I could get them cheaper and this is what he came back with...

The only listing Koni has for a Datsun of this era is 1600 Sedan from 68-72 and 160B, 180B sedan from 72-77. Not sure if either of these will be the same as ute. Can you confirm?

A mate of mine used to work for koni, les than 12 months ago and i had him draw a quote up for me for the front and rears and both can be made by koni for the std 1200. I know at least for the ute....
I have a set of KYB shocks that have less than a couple thousand kilometres on them. i brought them brand new around 12 months ago you can have them for pretty cheap if you're interested....

Thanks mate, ill definetly consider them however I reckon Koni is a tad above pedders unless someone else can prove me wrong??

They must be available if maddat are selling them? Just don't really want to pay $380.
