Want to get a general idea on whats desirable and so called rare in this datto world of ours !! And what prices they are fetching or estimating. So what desirable and rare parts do you have ??

OK, does it have genuine block (think breather pipe diff) original dizzy, rocker cover, manifold etc cause all different from A12 and often been swapped ?? Wont mention Carbs and head, cause that the 1st thing people check and make sure they are correct. I would have a stab at $3k+. considering the carbs and filter tray prob over $1k and head say $700, exh manifold another $300, but to have altogether $3K+ and very desirable . So what do think Ernie.. Close ??

Pretty sure one bloke was after 1000k odd for the headers off one a while ago, head i would say to buy separately alone would be 1500-2k for an untouched mint condition one...
I would say anything gx is "rare" or "hard to find" whatever you want to say, the grill, a whole geniune original car itself, bonnet, clock etc etc...

its the water outlet thats different in block, And Yes, head ( Nissan casting), manifold (twin outlet), 70 deg cam & the all acc are std and untouched ,as i said in first comments.I know a little bit about datsun engines

So is it dead,running,reco'd ?? And what are asking to part with it ??

its apart at the moment, for a freshen up only. rings/bearing /head service. doesn't need boring,as its in great condition all round, i opened it to inspect its condition only. so it will know get a freshen up when im ready.
