I seem to be losing water somewhere Radiator level drops every couple days. Perhaps coincidentally I'm getting condensation coming up through demister vents and fogging up the windscreen which I'm starting to think is where the water is going. Could my heater core be buggered or Whats your thoughts ? There doesnt seem to be any noticeable amounts of water on the carpet in cabin.

very plausible. I have a heater box with excellent core if you need it. Free, just cost of postage.

HA HA Thanks heaps benny Actually have at least half a dozen of them here. Was going to try swapping over today just wanted to hear from others as i've never come across this sort of thing before.

Just to add to my suspicions i just pulled one of the demister/vent hoses off the heater and water came out of it also noticed moisture around a few areas of the heater box. So time to swap to another one.

All sorted now the heater core had water seeping out in a couple of spots and was all pooling in the base of the heater box. Swapped to one with a core that looks like new and all good. Now whats the next thing that will need replacing Ahh yes A series to L series Fun times ahead.

Not much can go wrong with them but they either work or they have shat a core I say
