hi,

Just acquired a ca18det to put in my ute. currently has l20b with r30 stumpy with 6cyl clutch..
Not to sure what clutch/flywheel is needed. my ca18 has no flywheel on it.
Any help appreciated.

SR flywheel conversion is the go for drifters, the following link lost it pics but is good info. SR fidanza and some other lightweight single mass flywheels are lighter so balances out with stronger bigger clutch.

going to stick with stock while i have the stock diff in.
The ute is our business promo car (coffee roasters) so it wont be thrashed......initially
