Yes mate after its painted.I have that many bolts, screws and nuts in bags I have to keep on looking at them so I don't forget. And that's with them labelled.I also have another question, with the bailey channel is it installed in 2 sections as I thought that it would have the front half done the vertical part on the 1/4 window side and on the vertical side at the back off the door so the window can be put in place and then bolt the 1/4 window in place so the window is in its slot then glue the top part off the door.So basically the bailey channel will be in 2 parts.

I know lots of people that label bolts and that really seems to make life hard.to be honest when I did mine I only labelled my regs and threw every other single bolt in the bin.then when it come time to put back together I bolted it all up with brand new stainless bolts, washers and nuts.the regs only really go 1 way so wasnt really hard.not sure about the bailey channel as I deleted my quater window

It goes in between the door and the door skin.
