Ok so i serviced my 32/36 weber an put it back on,before i drove i replaced a distributor cap but didn't drive since a put back on the caburetor now the car is a bit lazy in 2nd and 3rd gears any one had issues like this before an has any pointers? plugs,leads or maybe timing?

I would suspect the carburetor, since it was just changed. Servicing carburetorss often ends up with problems. Maybe the float level changed, maybe a jet is loose.
