For a Weber 32/36 accelerator pump that is not spraying, either the passage is blocked or the diagphragm is torn. Start by removing the pump and inspecting the rubber.

Cabby was rebuilt a few days ago with new kit now i've put it back on now an experiencing a few transitional sluttur hesitation from first gear true out 3rd gear. The jets i have are 5o primary and 55 secondary main is jetting a way of getting out of this situition?

What problem did it have before? After installing a kit, you need to adjust the carburetor. The kit instructions should explain how to do it.

Weber 32/36 main jet should be around 140, and secondary jet should be round 140. 50 and 55 are definitely too small. See Weber 32/36 jetting

The problem i had before i installed the kit,it kept cutting off at the traffic lights no matter how fast or slow i we drive but besides that i was getting very smooth acceleratoion. The jets that i have in my weber are
Fuel jets 140-150
Air corrector 185-190
idle jets 50-55
venturies 26/27 the specs of my engines is in my signature.all i really wanna kno is whats best for best mid top end power?

Those jets sound about right. But remember what's best for top-end power has little to do with cutting out at traffic lights -- or with low RPM or part throttle operation.

Before the kit: was getting very smooth acceleration
After the kit: transitional sluttur hesitation from first gear true out 3rd gear

To get rid of the stutter & hesitation, I would review the changes made. In other words, reinstall the kit, checking all the adjustments and measurements. Then put it back on the car and do the running adjustments (idle speed and Best Lean Idle) again.

For top-end (5000-6000 RPM) full throttle power, this jetting seems lean.

Fuel jets 140 primary/150 secondary
Air corrector 185/190

The usual settings are
Primary:
140 main jet
165 or 170 air correction Jet
* using 185 air jet with 140 main jet will be lean
Secondary:
135 or 140 main jet
160 air correction Jet
* using smaller main jet is lean and larger air jet is doubly lean

These settings work with all Weber DGV/DGEV/DGAV. With clone versions such as Holley versions the jetting will be different.

Did those jets work OK before? They seem to be too lean. Be sure the float level is set to specification. Don't be tempted to increase the float level to make up for the lean jetting as that causes other problems.

With carburetors it is important not to take shortcuts, such as changing jets without first making sure the adjustments are correct. Make sure float level is correct, then adjust running engine for Idle speed & Idle Mixture. Then determine is the Idle Jet is correct. Only after that should the main jet/Air corr jet combinations be changed from standard.

Thanks for your good info there DD i really presume its to lean atm.Apart from that cabby, the timing in the engine was wayyy off about a inch from 0 on timing cover when i put a timing light on it so i just bring it back to 7 degrees. Now the A15 is best !!!
