What do people pay in NZ for insurance for their 1200s? I decided to take the plunge and get full insurance for my 1200, for $1500 cover I was quoted $550/ yr this makes my current 3rd party $90/ yr look very reasonable indeed.
Is it maybe because parts are harder to get hold of on old cars? I'd been quoted under $200/ yr in my misled youth on a 2ltr 1988 Honda Prelude
