im looking at swapping a pair of SAAS buckets for a pair of nicely retrimmed and maybe pumped standard 1200 seats of any material. im a four seat man and these buckets dont allow me to get into the back of my car theyre in good nick, full buckets, grey velour so if anyone in sydney metro is interested post a message here or email me on datsun1200coupe@hotmail.com.

i dont have any seats to swap unless u want some stocko stanza seats... But whats your asking price just on the seats.. I need some for the stanza as its getting the rally overhaul...maybe...

id rather swap them as i dont have time to fiddle around with them due to study but when i do buy some new seats, and i will if i cant find a swap you guys can maybe have em for around 200-300 bucks

i know someone whos got retrimmed 1200 seats, he did them himself and they are really nice, he makes wetsuits for a living and does a bloody good job of fixing up seats and stuff (adds cushioning and everything basically turned 1200 seat into bucket style). he has mentioned getting race seats before but i think he will have the same problem because he has kids and has to put them in the back, i.e. needs folding seat.ill talk to him about

morale of the story is, would you be interested in swapping one for one as then the driver is strapped in tight when driving by himself but can access back seat when needed

yea one for one for the moment wouldnt be a problem , if the seats are nice enough i guess it wouldnt be a problem but you'd have to come look at mine as well to see if your mate likes them or not but if you want im sure we could arrange something. Im in sydney by the way around the south of sydney.
