Hi Guys,
I came across these which are pretty darn cheap: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Forged ... acing-cars/616968235.html

There are two listings under a15.. just wondering which were correct? and if these would have any advantage over using stock a15 conrods?

Cheers,
Tom

Are not the stock conrods forged?

In general the h-beam style is stronger and so suitable for high-boost Turbo. Or 14:1 compression racing engines.

Stock are forged.

H section rods are structurally stronger.

Your alternative is to have your factory rods shot peened or heat treated for improved strength.

What are the reviews of that particular product from that company? Is their quality control good?

Looks like there is also several rod option for the same engine, e.g different little end dimensions to allow for piston pins, interference fit or floating.

I'm thinking the first one is a typo due to the Center to center measurement is consistent with the A12 rod and is not for the A15
