The balancer is perfect for anyone running a skinny radiator or stock ca harmonic balancer. Yeh I am looking for a single pulley or double. Looks like only option is a Ross performance one...

You could get the Powerbond lathed down as they don't fall apart like the stock s13 ones do.
I got mine cut down to about one and a half pulleys (left half on for good measure).

Otherwise I'd be happy to do a straight swap for a two pulley Nissan EXA pulley I have.

I didn't want to machine the pulley down because it has a large circlip on the front. I am just going to buy a new single pulley or if I don't get done straight away I will just use this one. I am happy to post this balancer at my cost if anyone is interested
