it just came up with a small box with an x in it i tryed reloading the page but it still came up!

it has to be a small pic less than 100kb
and lower than a certain resolution,
i found with most pics you have to use a program to shrink them and reduce the resolution, save them as gif files as this generaly gives the smallest file size
