As far as I know they come in 3 bits. I pulled my old 1970 1200 sedan apart for spares and Im positive they were seperate.

Yep Im now 100% sure because I can remember when I pulled them off they where really really rusted out ( what was left anyway )

Hope this helps a bit.

AND HOOHOO Ive hit 100 post's !!!

Regards
amshaw

3 bits.

1x the steel grill centre
2x The stainless Headlight surrounds.

See on my avatar.

Sounds like you need the stainless headlight surrounds.

I've got a plastic centre in good nick (With D badge) in the shed. you can swap me for the steel grill if you can't find the stainless trims..

I hope you haven't ground off the plastic grill's mounting points.

Chris.

Someone thinks plastic is better than stainless steel?

Well, if I were jousting I'd prefer my opponent to have a plastic lance to a stainless steel one!
But I guess that isn't the point.

Wacky reply dimlight, but though provoking.

OK here's my thought: some people like the coupe grille, others the sedan grille and some like both.

It's mostly just a matter of style preference, rather than the material used. A lot of people like the looks of the Coupe grille, and some sedans have been converted to it (and vice-versa). But stainless steel is a higher-quality material. But the stainless grille dents. The plastic just bounces back although it might get scratched. The sun hasn't seemed to warp the plastic grilles over time (any more so than they were warped as new cars).

Sorry, I've been reading "Le Morte D'Arthur" and have "Knights of the Round Table" on the brain.
My personal preference is the style of the coupe grille and have never had any problems with the durability of them.
