Now that summer is coming (or ending) time is high for improving the heater situation. If you wish to remove the heater, how is it done? 1. Drain engine coolant 2. Remove heater hose from the fitting behind the cylinder head and fit a plug Screws into cylinder head 00931-30600 PLUG-heater outlet hole 3. Remove heater hose from the lower radiator hose tee (or from water pipe on newer engines). Plug this fitting with a 1/2" rubber cap Plugs can be purchased at your local auto parts store.
