The small inlet is for
* Heater hose
or
* water-heated manifold

As long as you have another way to supply those, a straight pipe is OK

Datsun 1200 B110 used a straight pipe

with the single curved outlet my A15 has it alot closer to the block than the others pictured in the wiki. i cant find the part number for the closer one.

does anybody know what its from. my A15 came out of a b310 but the nissan drawings show it be be the same as the a12 even though the numbers are different.

Picture?

I know of at least five different types. They all fit the same engines, but vary with either None, One, or Two small inlets. And in various positions.

That's the heater hose connection. Tap the pipe out, rotate it 30 degrees and put it back in

the pipe in the first pic is the original B110 style (1970-1973 Datsun 1200)
Nissan part number 21045-18000
