This is mostly directed to the DFW Datsun crew down there in Texas. How are those Dodgo Omni flares working out for you? I actually need to put flares on my silver 1200 and wanted to use steel ones like you guys used on the Chickenhawk from a Dodge Omni. Do you have some finished pics of them? How hard was it to get those on there and looking good? Talk to you guys later!

They look sweet! The tough part is finding the fenders, the Dodge fenders that is. I think I had to go to four different yards to get four fenders. I used all fronts and swapped side to side, left Dodge fender supplied right flare and so on.

What year/model Dodge Omni did you get those flares from again? I know there were a couple different body styles, but not sure what years they changed them around and which one you got your flares from. So did you actually buy 4 front fenders or did you just cut the flares off them and leave the rest? Thanks a lot for the response!

The cars are from the early eighties. I'm not sure of the exact years, but they are the really boxy and angular cars.
I did actually buy four fenders and did the cutting at my shop. I thought it would be easier to lug fenders out than use the tools I could carry in to cut the fenders. I used an air nibbler at the shop. It was like buttah!
John (tensandtwenties) has more pictures of the flares on the car. I can't seem to find them on my 'puter.
