Hi i have installed bike carbs to my 120y and the throttle cable is close to 300mm to short
Is there some way it can be extended?
Will anyother car cable fit? Dont think many cars have a screw type mount on the firewall?
If i get a longer one from a random car in the wreckers can i cut the fittings of the datsun one and re crimp to the new cable?

300 mm !! how do you have it routed
Other cars that use the same type of cable
* B210 (including 120Y)
* 620
RHD B110 cable: 850 mm
LHD B110 cable: 531-559 mm

Go kmart get a $4 mountain bike brake cable, mod to fit. Or speed screen in campbelfield can make what ever you need too.
I used bike cable with fishing tackle crimps ;)
