I want to use s13 camber top plates on my 1200 will the stock spring and top perch fit with out any other adjustments?

Yes, unbolt the stock Strut Top, then bolt the T3 Top. You may need an appropriate top nut depending on which strut inserts you have (diameter of strut rod). Datsun 1200 uses M8 studs, if these Tops use M10 studs you can file the strut tower bolt holes. T3 can provide more details via email

If you use the stock large-diameter springs, you will get minimal camber adjustment. The camber will adjust about 1 degree before the spring hits the side of the strut tower. If you want massive camber, go with small-diameter springs

So all I have to do is remove my top strut hat an replace with th s13 ones

T3 sells 1200-specific tops. S13 tops require filing out the strut holes (S13 tops have M10 studs, 1200s have M8 holes)

To fit the camber tops to your stock springs and shock you need a domed washer between the spring hat and the spherical bearing in the camber top to prevent it binding. I had to use a spacer too in my old b110 too.

There are different kinds

spacer above Spring Cup (can use stock Spring Cup or alloy Spring Cup)

adapter for small-diameter strut to large pillowball

Use stock rod nut

OR, use a spacer with a special pillowball top nut (like these Cusco tops)
