car idles high

Hi Guys

My B210 runs higher idles when it is hot , when i reduce it from throtal adjustment time to time it increase and decreases the rpm, it is vacuum related or do i need to see my carburetor ?
what do you think ?

Car idles high if more air is entering the engine
* More air because throttle is open more
OR
* More air because a vacuum line is leaking


So I'd start with the carburetor
* Ensure throttle stop screw is not loose
* Ensure throttle stop dashpot is not loose
* Check for loose throttle shaft (it should have zero up-down movement
