The header pipe would need modification, and you'd do well to insert a catalytic convertor into the exhaust.

If it SR20DE, then 2 inch -> 2 1/4 inch would be ok.

If it's SR20DET, I'd only recommend running 2.5 or 3 inch exhaust.
