My poor datsun last night had its window wipers remodeled, so they now look more like sculptural artwork, goes to show, I have to be careful where I park it, not as bad as the car in front of mine, a WRX, had every single window broken, if they'd done that to my car I don't know what I'd do.Scarfies as Teretonga esp. will know also have quite an affinity for the sport of 'roof surfing'. Involving seeing who can get down the street in the quickest time without touching the ground via car roofs, saturday and sunday mornings always make me cringe when I have to go outside!
Does anyone have some spare window wiper arms that they could sell to me or is there a (reasonably priced) OEM option?

I'm pretty sure a lot of other wiper arms will fit: datsun, toyota etc. I could be wrong ...

The wiper blade companies also sell replacement arms with their "better design".

I was explaining roof surfing to my son only last weekend and he didn't get why people would do that - when he wakes up I'll show him your post. Let me know if you get stuck for wiper arms as I've got a visiting friend who'll be heading back to Invers next week - he can pack some for you.

Cheers guys, my mission this arvo is to see what I can do about it. Teretonga I might just have to take you up on that offer, I suppose that I needed new blades anyway!

Managed to straighten the arms out and fitted new blades, wasn't as expensive as I thought it might have been about NZ$40, still more than just a little annoying I'll have to leave the Datoo at home whien i'm out 'playing'

where do i find a shotgun...?
grease up the roof, what a classic.
you will probably have a law suit on your hands tho going by whats been happening with public liability theese days.
thats why shotguns are good. there are no law suits if theres no one alive to sue you!

just a joke, relax.........and sleep with one eye open.
