hey guys where can I find a copy of QLD's complete ruling on mods, I've read through NSW and I'm quite sure yjere are some differences, I'm just mainly after the legalities of changing my stud pattern, if done professionally

yeah state to state can be very diffrent, NSW is very organised and very good as far as info, though rules are generally stricter than VIC

in VIC you dont get the info till you get the defect notice pretty much
