I remember racing a $80k + ex targa 33gtr at bathurst when I first got my ca18 into the 1200 he beat me off the line but on every corner I was up his clacka I wasnt confident enough at the time to overtake the thought of sideswiping a megga $$$ gtr wasnt very nice.
On a positive note my times where over 1 second quicker than his once I got a clean run with no one holding me up i beat him all 3 days 2 hillclimbs and the supersprint :) was 5th outright from 82 cars fastest tintop on the mountain if only I had the power brakes and susspension then like I have now :)
