I tested one of these on the dyno and gained 107 rwhp. And now my 13B only uses one tank of fuel to drive from one side of Australia and back again.
Brilliant devices. I salute the person who spent countless hours engineering this piece of pure genius

These were hugely popular during the first gas crisis (1974), it seemed everyone was trying them. And everyone said they worked! I'll let you in on a secret: cow magnets do the same thing. Just fasten three cow magnets around the fuel line, of course with the magnetic poles aligned. You'll have to experment whether the north or south poles should point in the direction of fuel flow. You'll know which way is right, cause one way will double your fuel economy, and the other will cause the fuel to instantly disappear as soon as the engine is started.

Don't believe it? Then why are cow magnets banned for use at 24 Hours of LeMans?

Where in Australia would you purchase cow magnets?

Don't know where in Australia you'd get cow magnets. These are put down a cow's throat into the stomach so that any subsequent metal swallowed by said cow will stick to the magnet instead of going through and possibly cutting the cow's insides. I reckon sheep don't use them. You can get 'em at animal feed stores.

Of course Bob and I are joking about these "devices" making a difference in how your engine runs. Save your money for real stuff, like bigger carbs. The one thing these devices really do is make the seller money -- the buyer gives his money to the seller.

Have you seen the inlet tornado? Good for 75 hp.

Ask Peter Brock how well fuel atomisers work. He got kicked out of HSV?? HDT?? for insisting on using them

It was HDT...a real messy situation.

I lost plenty of respect for him after that. Just for the American's among us, Peter Brock was a local Group A, Australia Touring Car Hero through the 70's-90s.

He's the "King of the Mountain", having won more times at Mt Panorama (Bathurst) than anyone else.

Chris.

You mean Peter Brock of BRE? He was a Datsun racing legend.

The device linked to at the beginning of this thread is not a fuel atomizer, it's a finances attractor.
