& the australian hillclimb champion in improved production 0-1600 cc is a DATSUN 1200 COUPE,driven by grant liddell.that's right,an australian championship has fallen to one of us(a 1200 driver that is).i'll have to get some photos to post on the site,but congrats to grant.

Would it be possible to get a late model Nissan Micra, fit the 1.8 litre motor from a Tiida & then turbocharged it? Your answer must include parts numbers for the conversion. You have 12 months. Commence.

Is this the event that was at Collingrove ??

How did Gary West do in the Yellow/Red Lola ??
He was second last year by .23 sec and was hoping to nail it this year if all went well.

yes,this was the collingrove event,i talked to grant himself this morning,but he couldn't tell me much as he was late for a meeting somewhere.i do know that peter gumley won,for about the 6th time,but there should be a story in auto action soon.grant did say that he beat 3 mini's,one of them the local class leader.
