Has anyone ever seen an ignition like this one? It's aftermarket and there seems to be a piece missing, the reluctor, I can't find any info on it anywhere.

Hey Dak, Try your local Nissan parts counter. The Hitachi ignition was a factory fitted part. NZ did'nt get them officially but they were available on the 120Y's and later overseas. If you get stuck some of our US members should be able to help.
