i am converting my 120y coupe to manual, i have done everything else gearbox, clutch cable etc. the only thing holding me back is 6 wires connect to a auto transmission, which wire is what, which ones do i have to connect together to be able to start it and also which ones are the reverse light ones.

there are:

2x black thick wires with yellow stripes
2x red wires
1 thin black wire
and a green wire

I don't have a 120Y manual..

But
2 wires will go to neutral/park switch
2 wires will go to reverse switch.
2 wires will be for the kickdown switch.

It's the first two that you must short out.

I'd guess that it's the two red ones. If it's similar to the 1200.
