Hi I need help with adjusting my carby settings.

Can some one tell me how to adjust the float level?
(Standard Carby on A15 with Manual choke.)
It also has 3 setting screws. 1 near the base which I think is idle mixture and 2 screws on the top near the throat of the carby what do these adjust? And how do you adjust them?
