Hey guys, I was told that as part of my therapy i should tell people about my obsession with motor oils, so I was wondering what you you guys use in your A series engines, i was using
Castrol GTX Protec 15w/40 (also known as GTX2), which is a ACEA B2 rated oil, i currently have Mobil Super S semi-synthetic 10w/40, which is a ACEA B3 rated oil, but it seems a bit on the
thin side, as it seemed to make my fuel pump chatter more noticeable, so i was wondering what you guy used in your cars, eg semi/fully synthetic/mineral etc. and type, brand ect... and if
you could choose any, any i say, oil in the whole world what would it be? :)

sweet.
oh yeah get this, at 4000rpm your dizzy is rotating at 2000rpm, and your points are opening and shutting 8000 times per minute!!! flippin freaky stuff man! theres a fact to impress the
chicks with.
choice guys.

Hey Chris - great to hear that your treatment is helping. Regarding oil I ran one of my A12 coupes on the used 20/40 oil from my Bluebird - never missed a beat! A catch can is
required in Motorsport to stop fluids expelled from your engine (eg oil and coolant) ending up on the track under your competitors tyres. There is no power gain to be had as a
result of this unless you're racing in Australia and using Peter Brock's special neutron harmoniser catch can. Later...
