The 'CMR' does make it sound like a Cook one...
If you ring Reg, he may remember, although he's forgotten more things than I'll ever know..

If you have access to a dialgauge and a lathe, you could measure it up for lift, and with a little messing around with bluetack and a degree wheel get an idea of the duration...

Yep ive got a cam similar to that, its a cook motor sport road/race cam. If they've done their job right you should be able to ring them up and quote the stamps, they should then be able to provide you with the spec sheet they made origially.
Alternitively Take it to a engine builder or C.S.l/ kelfords and they'll sort you out.

Let Brendon at CSL measure it up, he did one of Reg's ones for me a few years ago. It helped me and helps him build a collection of cam specs and he's a 1200 nut as well...
