what do you mean by 'team'? a race team or boyracer team? One day I would love to go for a cruze once my 1200 2 door is finished.

I got a 120Y coupe. It's more or less original and I'm not really planning to beef it up because I don't have a clue what I'm doing!!! I'm keen on just cruising around and trying to keep it running at the moment. But if you are going to plan an Auckland get together and don't mind a chick hanging out with ya, then count me in!

You don't need to be an automotive engineer to have one sweet Datsun. You are off to a good start with a coupe, next, when the money & opportunity become available, see if you can pick up some affordable 13" mags & put some nice rubber on them.

While you're waiting for this,... practice your polishing skills, & get some metal polish to make that chrome gleam.
There you have it, one sweet ride. You like cruisin'? Thats the cool way to enjoy your car. Leave the engine abusing to the revheads.

Welcome to the group, & enjoy your "Y"
Chris

I've scored some 13' mags. But one is cracked. Can I still drive on it? Anyone know where I could find a Cheviot 13' trident. 5 1/2 wide? NZ? Help?
