Hi Guys havnt been on for quite a while been having major computer problems ended up I had a faulty Ram chip :( anyway today I went for a drive in a very smick car as a passenger. It takes a fair bit to impress me after being used to lots of power in my 1200.
Anyway a close freind who works in the mining industry $$$$$ has just bought a new car. He was pretty secretive about it I went around this arvo to see what he bought. F Me dead he got a R34 GTR!!!! lots of good gear drumound susspension- lots of Jap go fast goodies.
Was a buzz to drive soo smooth and #### loads of grunt a little lagy if anything but once on boost @1.2 bar and more to come later it bloody flew and corner !!!! we hit two nearly 90 degree corners rated at 55kmh at 140 on exit the rear was hanging out a bit i was suprised how they sort of handle like rear wheel drive when punching the power down. all the computer gizmos on the dash where pretty cool too. If only the misses would let me mortgage the house NOT. I would love one too maybe in a year or two after the 1200 is back together migth get a R32 GTR they are coming down in price have seen a few around for high $20k.
Anyway Im off to have sweet dreams tonight LOL.

PS: the 1200 would eat it in a straight line and give it a good run for its money on the corners. Not to mention around $60-70K cheaper

I haven't had the chance to go in one.
But my story while we are on the topic of fast cars is my boss owes me a favour, and because he is very good friends with the Chrsler dealership owner in brissy. They just got Dodge vipers in, so my boss has promised me he'll get me in for a test drive of one of the vipers!!!!!

see this is exactly the reason i love datto 1200's is coz u put in a good enough motor and it will beat pretty much anything, short of a top fuel rail car. anyways who wants a car that gets driven for 5 seconds maybe once a month. pfft not me.
