is there a lsd that will go into the h190 diff. i no that the government bought a whole lot of bluebirds with lsd's in them, but good luck finding one. are there any after market lsd's that will bolt into it.

also, does the h190 have machined or pressed axles that are suitable for shrtening to the right sizes, our current 1200 has a 8 bolt bluebird and the axles had to be shortened to much, so the whells are hitting the springs (only when going around a corner.

yes. There are LSD's available new x nissan, although pricey.

there are at least two different pinion offsets, 3 axles sizes and two crown wheel bolt sizes, so choose carefully!

The x vanette H190's are the same kind of thing and the same width as the bluey. I havent seen a narrow H190, although I think the 60's roadsters had one.

I have uploaded a table of H190 LSD offsets available.
The roadster uses 24mm diameter 23 spline axles same as datsun 1600 wagon.

The only LSD centre they dont show, is the ones used in the works stanza's. These were heavy duty 4 pinion units sourced from the early S30 Z's and GC10 - GC110 skylines and modified to suit the H190.

The standard H190 LSD's for 720's that were seen here most commonly were 2 pinion units. 240C, 260C and 280C's used 4 pinion units.

Later the 240RS reinforced LSD had 4 pinion LSD's and special high nickel/vanadium steel hemispheres.
