Just thought I would share my story with you all.
This afternoon, I was driving home from work and it was raining pretty damn heavy, and then as expected it started hailing. I pulled over off to the side of the road and a newish Audi stopped behind me, and we were there for about 5 minutes when all of a sudden the passengers side door of the ute swings open and a businessman jumps in. To cut a long story short, his 2-3 year old Audis windscreen was smashed from the hail stones, and the rest of the car looked like it had cellulite .
The ute I was driving mind you is a '91 Nissan Navara with about four small cracks in the windsreen and not a thing happened to it. When I got home I checked the body of the ute out and it only has three small dings in the roof
After this afternoon when I drive nissans/datsuns I will feel that little bit extra protected
