so, can anyboby give me any idea upon whos a top notch A series builder in nz? it seams im have'n a bit of trouble finding anybody.. in the wellington area would be great but not vital... thanks

If it's a money no object exercise(!) Tony Marsh (Marsh Motor Sport) in Auckland. Lyn Rogers (also Auckland) probably not so exp. No doubt someone will know of some others nearer to Welly.

yea money does kinda come int to play.. its pre bored a15 (1567 i think) with head work and quite a large cam, not overly sure about the bottom end tho.. doped a piston some years ago so looking for more of a freshen up and maybe a little extra work done, but realy wanting someone who knows there way around a A series.. blocks since been crack tested along with the head and both seam to be fine...

yep, tony marsh is a good guy for the job.
definately knows his a series.
Reg cook is also another big name, i am unsure if cook is still doing it. i know tony is though.
