hey guys the front floor on both sides of my 1200 is rusted preety bad. are there any rust replacment sections i can buy? if not what thickness of metal should i buy if im fabricating one up? im lucky my rails are intact and in good nick. thanx

i did mine the other day in some 1.2mm and i would strongly recommend getting some 1mm bright stuff coz its easier to weld. im unsure about floor sections but for a couple of bucks 1mm bright steel is the way to go in my opinion

Zinc Anneal is the way to go. Easy to weld and paint and won't rust in the mean time.
1 to 1.2 mm depending on the size of the patch, give yourself a minimum 1/2 inch overlap whereever possible.
