Looks like a KB10 GL wheel.

[edit, which was what the 1200 ones were based on ,so with the only obvious difference being the horn button, which in this case is missing, as its in a 1200 it probably is the 1200 wheel.]

This pic shows the 1200 one , so if thats what yours turns out to be this is the horn button you need.

Its a KB110 Sports option wheel. Apart from the horn button , the only real difference between the KB10 and KB110 wheel is the pin spacing for the indicator cancel mechanism.

These wheels were derived directly from the B10 option wheel. They made a new hub (boss) to suit the 1200 column & a new horn button to 'update' them but are otherwise the same.

The optional wheels are different from the B10 mainly in the horn button and the hub part (the wheels themselves appear to be the same, but were only sold as an assembly).

The 1200 horn button is wider at the top, and narrower where it bolts to the wheel
The 1000 horn button is the opposite (narrower at the top)
Also, the 1200 hub part where it meet the steering column is bigger diameter. So the 1200 hub flares out slightly to this larger diameter. The 1000 hub is completely cylindrical.

OK, the boss on this isnt perfectly cylindrical, it apers down in diameter towards the wheel, and while i was giving it a bit of a clean up last night, i removed the plastic peices off the spokes in the wheel, and it doesnt look like the 1200 gx picture. its definately the one above it. Heres a pic of it cleaned up and in some light

I own both of these steering wheel types & there are more differences than I first thought.

The actual wheel, spokes & rim, are the same between the 1000 & 1200 coupe/option versions & the spoke inserts, when fitted, are also the same. The hubs [boss'] are different [see picture below] & the horn actuating mechanism [switch] looks the same, but isn't. Some parts of it are interchangeable & some are not, however the two horn button versions will interchange.

Generally, wheels without the spoke inserts are regarded as 'Sport' models while those with the pads fitted are 'DeLuxe' versions. The only difference is the presence or otherwise of these pads. The Sport & DeLuxe versions are otherwise identical & this applies to both versions of the wheel.

The KB10 boss/ hub is cylindrical [straight sided] while the KB110 hub is more bell shaped.
The blinker canceling pins are alligned vertically in order to show the different widths between the two models.
The KB110 [1200] wheel is on the left.

This is how one looks in my 1200 coupe when fitted with the much more attractive [in my view] KB10 horn button.

The GX steering wheel is a different thing altogether & there were two versions.

It is very similar in style to the Coupe/Option wheel, however the metal parts are black.
There are no pads in the spokes & instead of a single long hole in each spoke, the GX wheel has a divider across at about mid way giving two shorter holes or slots in each spoke as per the photo in a previous post & repeated below.

The main difference between the two versions of the GX wheel is the rim. One version is black while the other is woodgrained like the Coupe/Option wheel.

I do not know which came first but I suspect that the change was made at the time of the facelift in about mid 1972 or so.
As far as I can tell, in all other respects the two versions of the GX wheel are otherwise the same as each other.
