hi just wondering if anyone has done a swap to a ca18 5 speed on their a series, or if it is even possible? reason i ask is i already have the box, and dont really want to spend a grand on an a series box. If not is there any other conversions available?

although be prepared to spend 1500 odd dollars.

Make your own adapter plate. It is commonly done for all sorts of engine/transmission combinations.

silvia box is far too big, and not required

selling the silvia box will get you more than half way to a bolt up a-series or a celica conversion
