How to tell what diff I have? |

It seems like my rear wheel bearing has packed it in on the Datto 1200ute. It's a 71 mod. I have 2 choices of bearing they tell me a jap axle or a borg Warner. How do u tell the difference between the 2???

If diff bolts are to the cabin side (front of car) it's a jap spec, if there's a cover plate on the rear it's a bw one. That's assuming no ones done a diff swap in it
