This is a fairly open ended question:

Full race A-Series vary from 100 hp for A12 to 150 hp for A15, keep in mined these are motors revving to 9K with 14-1 compression. In streetable trim I would expect 75 to 100 hp depending on displacement.

As a comparison my A12 with GX cam, GX head with ports clean up and 39 mm flat slide carbs made 73 who and it would be streetable .

For an A13 with GX cam, GX head with ports cleaned up and 37/30 mm valve and flat sled or weber carbs my guess woul be about 85 hp at the wheels.

this thread will show you what the TS Cup race cars made from unlimited full race 1300cc:
http://datsun1200.com/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=60264

Nissan made 145PS (143bhp) at 8500rpm, 127Nm (93.7lb-ft)/7,600rpm
Pitroad 162hp @ 9100RPM, 96 lb-ft @ 8300RPM in the later B310

They're flywheel figures

If you had two, you could make them into an inline 8. And think of the sound it could make without even working hard.

A13 is basically an anaemic a15.
It should only be used to build a big dollar ts-cup style engine.

If you want power without pedigree, you should find someone to swap for an a14 or a15.

Yes, even an A14 has more potential than A13. In Asia markets A13 is simply an over bored A12. Unless it comes with works racing parts it is not really special. For US market A13 is an under bored A14. See A13.

a13 is basically an anaemic A15 hahaha classic

70mm crank does revv nicer than an A15
If you sleeve it to 82mm it would crazy
Lemonhead has an 82mm block already for sale
just get him to drop your A13 crank in

How do you figure "revs nicer"? A stock A15 crank revs to at least 8500 rpm
