he is talking about the EXHAUST manifold, im pretty sure those 2 replies were talking about the INLET, the exhaust should be the same, just be careful the base of the inlet manifold doesnt foul on the exhaust as happend to a mate of mines (caused air leak on inlet, between head and manifold) we just had to file the inlet manifold slightly so the two manifolds didnt touch
i would think your exhaust would still be ok if it is only rusted on the outside, inside is usually not, usual full of carbon
but on the outside they all are, so unless it looks like its gonna fall apart i wouldnt be too concerned with reusing it, thats unless you want it too look good too

edit: the port sizes are the same and in the same location (square shaped) and the bolt patterns are the same, thats why i think only fouling with the inlet manifold could be a problem
