Sounds like it has a flat spot. I would replace the accelerator pump, and check to see if the power valve isnt loose, and is working properly.

Also, like i said on your other post, i would check or replace your fuel filter.

my car idles fine when its on park or neutral, but when I put it on drive or reverse its a little bit rough it like its going to stall, I had the carb (stock) tuned, i checked the timing the plugs were replaced last year, carb was re-kitted
