thanks holeshot, yeah just needed a pic of the outlet side of the weber, but as ddgonzal gave me some specs ive made a drawing and i think its just about right.post a pic anyways if u have time, i dont know what shape the carby plate is so thatd be helpful when making this, thanks mate.

I have the book on all WEBBERS made.I have been lookin for it for 2 days for you so i can post a pic of the shape and size of it. Stay tuned to this site.Wife is going to tidy up side shed I think it is in there.Any other base plates pic needed let me know.

thanks ddgonzal, ive taken ur specs and made a diagram im pretty sure its correct it just looks very big when on paper, just need to find a pic of the outside shape then i can make this part as well.

All Weber DCOE carbs have 90mm bore spacings. The mounting bolts are at a 16-degree angle (angled in at the bottom, out of the top). The bolt holes are 72mm apart, with 8.5mm hole size.

an easier cheat would be to get the gasket that you put between the weber & the manifold.these are available from carby services at burwood,or any reasonable auto shop.these should give you stud spacings,diameters,etc.they are usually from warnerford & look like o rings with a joiner.

hey doods, would it be possible for anyone with either a 45 mil webber, or a 45 mil webber manifold to take a measurement of the spacing between the throats, im starting to make all the manifold bits up, and i need this measurement.
